Teams
Rota software for shift teams
The same product, described for the week each of these teams actually runs. Every page says what Shiftbrook records, and what it refuses to pretend.
Hospitality has split shifts and two services in a day. Retail has branches, and shop workers in England and Wales can opt out of Sunday work. A warehouse night is night work, not a sleep-in. An agency places people on a client site and lets that client approve the hours. A factory cycle is shifts you type in, not a pattern button. None of these pages adds a feature the others do not have.
The free plan is up to 5 staff and one location on the first organisation. The paid plan is £3 per active person per month, with a £15 minimum. A 14-day trial of the paid plan does not ask for a card. Client approvers on an agency are free and are not counted. There is no separate agencies price. Approved hours download as a CSV. Sending approved hours to Xero Payroll UK is not available until that connection works end to end.
Shiftbrook does not calculate pay, does not take a photo at clock-in, and does not build the rota for you. The scheduling page and the workforce page say that in one place. The integrations page is the CSV, the paid-plan API and the webhooks.
A rota for hospitality
Hospitality runs on opens, closes and the gap between lunch and dinner. Shiftbrook is the rota, the clock-in and the timesheet for that week. It is not a booking diary, a stock list, or a wage.
OpenTeamsA rota for retail
A shop rota is who is on the floor, in the stock room, or locking up. Shiftbrook publishes that week and records the hours. It does not take payments, and it does not decide whether someone must work on Sunday.
OpenTeamsA rota for a warehouse
A warehouse week is early starts, nights, and handovers at the door. Shiftbrook publishes who is in the building. It does not pick orders, scan barcodes, or run the yard.
OpenTeamsA rota for staffing agencies
An agency organisation in Shiftbrook places people on client sites, invites the client to approve the hours, and then locks those hours. It is the same paid price as any other organisation. There is no separate agencies plan and no revenue share.
OpenTeamsA rota for manufacturing
A factory rota is the crew on the line, the night turn, and the maintenance cover. Shiftbrook publishes those shifts and keeps the timesheet. It does not talk to a machine, a quality system, or a production plan.
