What is included

• Draft a week and publish the shifts you choose. Staff do not see drafts.
• Open shifts, for hours that do not have a name yet.
• Clock-in against a site pin. The phone is read at clock-in and clock-out, not between them.
• Unpaid breaks that were started and ended on the clock. A short break on a long day is flagged, not invented.
• Leave in days or hours, including a 5.6-week holiday allowance, and timesheets you approve and download as a CSV.

What the free plan does not include

One location. A second location, and departments, are on the paid plan. The app does not calculate pay. Sending approved hours to Xero Payroll UK is not available until that connection works end to end. Going past 5 staff starts the one 14-day trial, if it has not been used. When a trial ends without an upgrade, the organisation returns to the free plan and an owner chooses which 5 people stay active. The others are paused, not deleted.
