Clock in on site
Clock in reads the phone's location at that moment and checks it against the site pin.
Who can do this. Someone assigned to a location, when time capture includes the clock. An agency owner can set the pin.
- Open Clock. You see the site name, and Not clocked in or the time the shift started.
- Press Clock in. The button shows Finding location… while the phone is read.
- If you are outside the site, enter Reason if you are outside the site.
- While you are clocked in, Start break and End break are available. Press Clock out when you finish. Clock out checks the pin again.
- Shiftbrook does not follow the phone between punches. If the site has no pin, clock-in stays closed until someone presses Set the pin.
