Download your data

Download my data is the JSON and CSV held for you. An owner can download the whole organisation.

Who can do this. Anyone with a membership can download their own data. An owner uses Settings, then Privacy, for the organisation file.

Open Account. Under Your data, press Download my data.
The file is the data Shiftbrook holds for you in this organisation, as JSON and CSV.
An owner can open Settings, then Privacy, and press Download all data.
That download is a ZIP of CSV files: staff, rotas, timesheets, clock-in, leave, documents and settings.
Keep anonymised payroll records for sets how long anonymised hours stay. Press Save retention period. The default is 6 years.
