Start the 14-day trial

An owner starts the trial from Billing. No card is taken, and the button is not shown in the iPhone app.

Who can do this. The owner, on the web. The iPhone app does not show Upgrade or a link to billing.

  1. On the web, open Billing.
  2. The plan tile shows Active people against the free allowance, and If you upgrade with the monthly figure.
  3. Press Start 14-day trial. If a trial has already been used, the button reads Upgrade.
  4. The trial is 14 days and does not take a card. The length is the same for an employer and an agency.
  5. An employer then pays £3 per user per month, with a £15 minimum. An agency pays £5 per active worker per month, with a £25 minimum. Staff and managers count. Owners, admins, HR and client users do not.
