Create a key, add a webhook, and send approved hours to Xero Payroll UK as draft timesheets.

  1. Create an API key

    The full key is shown once, with Copy beside it. Refreshing the page does not show it again.

  2. Add a webhook

    Shiftbrook signs each delivery and retries for about half an hour if the receiver is down.

  3. Connect Xero

    Connect Xero, match people, and send approved hours to Xero Payroll UK as draft timesheets.

  4. Connect Slack

    Add Shiftbrook to a Slack workspace, then choose the channel. Zapier stays coming soon until a live app URL is set.
