Import people from a file

Who can do this. The same people who can invite. Each row is checked against that person's permissions and the plan limit.

1. On Team, press Import people.
2. Press Download CSV template, fill it in, and choose the file. CSV and Excel are accepted, up to 500 rows.
3. Tick Send invite emails now to email the invites. Leave it off to add pending invites without emailing.
4. An owner or admin can tick Create departments and locations that are not in Shiftbrook yet.
5. Press Check file. Ready and warning rows can be imported. Error rows cannot.
6. Press Import and the number of people. Rows over the Free plan limit stay in the list as Over the Free plan limit and are not invited.
