Sickness and Bradford Factor
Record sickness, switch the score on, and leave a spell out of the count.
- Record sickness
Sickness is a leave type. The reason stays with the person, their manager, an owner or HR.
- Switch on the Bradford Factor
The score stays off until an owner or admin saves it. It is context only, with no warning level.
- Exclude a sickness spell
Disability-related, pregnancy-related, or another reason can be left out of the score.
