Exclude a sickness spell
Disability-related, pregnancy-related, or another reason can be left out of the score.
Who can do this. An owner, admin, someone with HR access, or the person's line manager, on the person's Leave tab, and only while the score is switched on.
- Open the person and the Leave tab.
- On the Bradford Factor card, choose Reason: Disability-related, Pregnancy-related, or Other.
- Press Exclude. The spell is marked Not counted.
- Press Include to put it back in the score.
