What was readable on 23 October 2026
timesheetportal.com/pricing returned not found. The Capterra UK page for Timesheet Portal, capterra.co.uk/software/101148/timesheet-portal, was readable and its title included 2026. It listed a starting price of £3.94 flat rate per month. It did not itemise modules, so this page does not repeat a module menu that was not there. The product description says it centralises timesheets, expenses and holiday, and that it suits recruitment or project-based organisations.
Two reviews were on the page, from 2022 and 2023. One mentioned client and candidate logins. One mentioned an accounting integration in general terms. Those are reviews, not a current price list. Shiftbrook’s comparison uses the starting price and the feature names the directory printed, and it leaves the rest alone.
Forty workers, without a module guess
Forty active workers on Shiftbrook is £200 in a month at £5, above the £25 minimum. Timesheet Portal’s £3.94 figure is described as a flat rate per month, not £3.94 per worker. This page does not multiply £3.94 by 40, because the directory did not say the price was per person. If a later page on their own site shows a different structure, that page should be read again.
Client approvers are free on Shiftbrook. The Capterra text did not print an approver price.
When Timesheet Portal is the better choice
Choose Timesheet Portal when you want expenses, leave and billable hours in the product their directory describes, and when a flat starting price of £3.94 a month matches the way you buy software. Shiftbrook does not record expenses and does not keep a client charge rate on the shift.
Shiftbrook is the clearer fit when temps clock in at a pinned client site, the client approves from a free login, and the first organisation can stay free up to 5 staff. The agency price is £5 per active worker per month, with a £25 minimum. Staff and managers count.
